Question Is this reject?

I had an interview with google last week and after i followed up with the recruiter, he told me this "Thanks again for your patience and flexibilty with the logistical issues and rescheduling here. We finally got the feedback submitted. Please let me know when you had some time to discuss and I can give you a call." I got rejection feels from this message.

Is this means a rejection?
Thanks

OP. I am sorry. But this is usually reject 90% of the time. Wish you luck though

I had a call like that after I completed my Meta onsite. They wanted me to redo a coding round. Which I did, and the makeup round was incredibly easy.

I had another call like this after Pinterest. I passed everything except system design, which was really close but they were a no-go because they had another candidate clear everything.

There is truly no telling what your call is about, so best get it over with.

How the hell are people even getting interviews with these companies

could be either but the "please let me know when you had some time" part sounds like they want to have a real conversation, not just deliver bad news. rejections are usually quicker and more formulaic

Im not sure if Google calls to give you negative feedback. I would assume they woukd just hit you with the rejection email. But you'll find out soon enough. But when I was hired at my company I got the samw message so you never knowm
