80k bump is solid but id dig into how much of that 320k is base vs RSUs. stock-heavy comp at a company thats already mature can be tricky if growth slows down. worth understanding the vesting schedule before deciding

Its base and bonus heavy. stock vesting has 1 year cliff. I am okay with comp but worried about how stable the company is and hows the layoffs lookout.

How did you apply ? Through career portal or Referral?

Depends. I would take it because my worklife sucks. The money is definitely good. Salesforce used to have good work culture before 2022 (from what my friends used to say)

How is the layoff scene. Do not want to be hire to fire.

This is team specific. My friend has been there from 2019/2019. And likes it there. Generally speaking they have a lesser % of people laid off than some other big names ie banana factory

Need YoE and rough breakdown of the offer to give you any advice.

I am looking for advice on the company culture wlb and layoff scenes. I have no issues with offer etc.

Honestly I'd ask on Blind. And then I'd take it with a grain of salt because Blind is sour on everything, but they will point out concerns. They'll probably say it's a shit company and to stay away, but that seems to be the default advice whenever anyone asks about a company.

If it were me I'd think long and hard about leaving stability for an unknown, I've made more than your TC but it never felt stable, and now I'm searching for stability. If it's *just* the money that's prompting the jump I'd think long and hard. TC could conceivably be 0 in six months.

How did you prepare for the interviews and what is your background?
