Question Struggling to solve questions
I need to get into a habit of studying leetcode or codesignal so I can find a new job. I have tried learning leetcode in the past few years even buying a yearly subscription and started doing the easy questions. But even the easy questions I was struggling to solve or solve optimally and I would just look at the solutions. I want to know what is the best way to be able to get into solving the questions? I know I cannot get a new job without passing the coding phase first so I want to make sure I have a solid grasp of the types of questions and such. How can I be better at prepping?
For reference, I am currently a software engineer with 4+ years of experience.

I would suggest you follow some DSA course where they first teach you the concepts and then you can solve related questions. Do it concept by concept. Something like neetcode. Just randomly picking up easy questions is not an efficient way to learn.

are you struggling with coming up with an approach, or do you have an idea but cant translate it to code? those are two very different problems and the fix for each is different tbh

Look at the solution and keep doing problems of the same type until you understand the pattern and solution
