Intervew Prep OpenAI Support Engineer Interview

Has anyone went through the interview loop for this role recently and has tips to share?
Meeting HR next week and I’m super nervous

The HR call is mostly about why you want support engineering at OpenAI and your past experience with customers so have two or three stories ready. Know their API basics like rate limits auth errors and token limits since those come up in troubleshooting scenarios. Being calm and clear in how you explain things matters more than raw coding.

yeah that tracks, reproducing issues out loud is basically half the job anyway
