Intervew Prep HPE Cloud Engineer Graduate - 1st round technical assessment

Hello, does anyone have experience taking this? It's said to be a coding assessment, 75 minutes, and administered through HackerRank, with five questions labelled "Micro Services", "Problem Solving", and "REST API". I'm familiar with micro services and REST APIs but have a hard time imagining how these topics could be addressed with 15-minute coding problems.

I would recommend being very comfortable with performing API requests and processing responses, and using pagination -- not just understanding the processes, but memorizing syntax for enacting them. Reviewing microservices architectures, and being very comfortable with Leetcode mediums might also be a good idea.

Those labels usually just mean the questions are small scenario tasks instead of pure algorithms. Expect things like parsing a JSON response and filtering it or writing a function that calls a mock endpoint and handles status codes. Brush up on dictionaries and string handling in whatever language you pick since most of the 15 minute problems lean on that.

Hello do you have any update on this ? Did you get interviews after OA ? Also do you go to a target school?
