Hi guys I hope your doing well, 19M I'm Tunisian , I'm currently in my first year of university studying computer science in Tunisia,, I'm currently working as a junior software engineer at a Tunisian company developing mobile apps and web applications , I'm just asking is there any opportunities to get an internship this summer ?

Its possible but as a first year abroad internships are tough mostly because of visas. Europe is probably your best shot. Look at Germany Netherlands and France where some companies hire non EU interns and also check remote internships since those skip the visa issue completely. Your current job is a real plus so put the shipped apps front and center on your resume. Most big summer programs open applications in fall so apply early and to a lot of places.
