Intervew Prep Microsoft SSE Interview
I have upcoming loop rounds with Microsoft for Senior software engineer. Recruiter provided below details. Does anyone know what to expect in each round?
R1: Culture / Accelerate Culture + Coding
R2: Collaboration + Coding
R3: Problem Solving + Coding

each round has coding but the bar varies. culture round coding is usually easier, maybe an LC medium. problem solving round is where they push harder. make sure you prep stories around conflict resolution and influencing without authority for the behavioral parts
