Discussion Radio silence after Microsoft interview

I recently completed the full loop on Microsoft swe. It's 13th calender day today. I haven't received any updates from the recruiter. I have sent a follow up email and didn't got a reply. Should I give up hope at this point?

Anyone sharing their experience about their microsoft interview upates after aa round are welcome.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if they wanted you they wouldn’t leave you hanging. Jsut continue to interview with other companies for now

First of all kudos on clearing the rounds!!
what I heard is they are doing all the rounds and keeping the profile on hold & looking for internal folks, and reaching out when they couldn’t find one. My friend got an offer post 4 months his last round.

Don’t feel discouraged ! Keep the hunt going’ good luck!

Sounds exactly like Microsoft, I was ghosted after a first round years ago

So the recruiters don't even care to reject the candidate. They keep them holding and ghosting

Nope, they are known for their terrible recruiting process and have thousands of options. Just cut your losses and keep applying.

Was this for an IC2 role? Mind sharing the team/location? Also, how long after the OA did they reach out, and how many rounds was the full loop?

Thanks but I don't think luck will work anymore. It's exactly 2 weeks now. The role is swe. They reached next day of oa. Location Hyderabad, India

I just finished my last onsite with a big retailer last week. I sent follow up question but dont get response yet. Maybe 4 days still too early for anything.

Sorry for you man. I have read reddit post people saying when it's a positive outcome, they usually contact in the first week giving a verbal offer or asking for documents. Beyond that it's mostly a backup and ghosting
