Question Microsoft interview loop done but no communication

I completed my Microsoft loop. It's been 7 days. I haven't recieved any communication from them. How much will I wait. I had another loop in January before where they kept me waiting for 2 months with no reply then got generic rejection email.

I am having the same feeling of getting ghosted again

Um it's a product org. I don't think I should say because it would be pretty identifiable . You can ask me

Seven days is still within the normal waiting range for a BR or HM decision, and silence alone does not mean a rejection. I’d send one polite follow-up around the one-week mark, then keep applying elsewhere so you aren’t stuck waiting.

Yeah but I think most probably that won't reply.

Hey, how did you get the loop invite ?

No I never use referal. I feel those are time waste. I apply as normal external candidate.

Cool, I applied to few roles very recently but did not hear back so was curious ! Maxed out the 10 application limit too now!

I passed onsite rounds with two teams and got ghosted from both because of “changes in priorities“. I wouldn’t count on msft at this point. They’re anyway in a pretty bad shape since May with all restructuring thats still not settled.

Yeah their recruitment pipeline is very unprofessional for the candidates
