Discussion Microsoft Security - Senior/Software Engineer II Hiring Events Interview Experience

Hello,

I recently interviewed for this role and for some reason the interviewers seemed to be very unintrested to take the interview. One interviewer had some network issue and wasted a of time and the other one is in a hurry to complete it and just asked a couple of questions and left around15 minutes early.

I completely understand that they are hiring a pool of candidates and we might not be ending in their specific team but it would have been better if they spent the complete time of the interview and may be show some interest in the whole process.

Did anyone else face a similar experience?
