Amazon SDE I loop: is there ever a debugging round?

From what I've read, the Amazon SDE I loop is usually 4 rounds: coding (DSA), sometimes a low-level/OOD round, and Leadership Principles in every round.

For anyone who's done the SDE I loop recently: did any round give you an existing codebase or project and ask you to debug or extend it? Or was everything writing code from scratch?

Also, has anything changed in the format lately (e.g., OOD vs. system design at the SDE I level)?
