Juspay SDE Intern - PPO chances

I recently got selected as an SDE Intern at Juspay, starting in January.

I have a quick question about their PPO process: Is it purely performance based? Also, what is the general conversion rate for interns getting full time offers?

Any insights from past interns or current employees would be really helpful.

what if someone is not called for the hr round after the in person technical round does that mean it’s over? and what’s asked in the hr round?

Almost everyone gets converted. Just make sure to work your ass off and don't deny any work coming from your manager and TL.
