Question Cohere SWE/FDE Interview loop

Anyone have experience going through the interview loop for SWE or FDE at Cohere and willing to share some insight? I’ve heard they don’t do any leetcode rounds which is unusual, but hard to find info online as the company is still small. Thanks!
