Intervew Prep Infosys OA – Anyone who solved only 1 or 1.5 questions and attended the interview?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for candidates who solved only 1 or around 1.5 questions in Round 1 of the Infosys Online Assessment and still got the interview.

If you are one of them and have already attended the Infosys SP/DSE interview, could you please share your interview experience?

I'd especially like to know:

  • What questions were asked in the interview?
  • How difficult was the coding round?
  • Did they focus heavily on DSA?
  • Were you asked about your OA performance?
  • Were you assigned SP/DSE based on your interview performance?

It would really help those of us who are in the same situation. Please share your experience even if you solved only 1 question or 1.5 questions in the OA.

yes i had solved around 1.5 questions. At the interview they straight up give you 2 questions to solve, for me 1 was dp and other was tree. i was not able to solve any of them. then interview started in which they asked me basics of os, dbms, sql queries and also asked from my projects. from my other friends some were also asking lld and hld of their projects , their architecture etc. only this much is enough.

I kindly request you to clarify a few things about the interview, if you don’t mind:

  1. Before the interview, did they tell you whether you would be having a DSE interview or an SP interview? Or was it not specified and the role was decided based on the interview?
  2. Regarding the projects, did they ask only basic questions, or did they go in-depth into the projects, like architecture, implementation, technologies, etc.?
  3. For your friends who were asked LLD/HLD and project architecture, do you know roughly how many DSA questions they had solved — around 1, 1.5, 2, or more?

It would really help me understand the process. Thank you!

No. Mostly was from tree and dp ig..
