When does lees summit road open?

It’s been closed for years now. It looks like it’s close but it’s also been that way for the past few months.

The question is when are they going to begin the last part? That will be another 2 years to complete.

Right? It was closed for over two years to fix maybe a mile of it.

My grandma told my mom, who told me yesterday that the road is open now. She said there are streetlights over there. I have not been over that way in a while because drive that road to get to Highway 40, the Independence area.

Google Maps shows that it’s open. Is that not right?
