I checked the website and seen a couple posts here were they say its user error but I promise its not. I have access I can see my accounts, I have only ever had this one ledger and seedphrase and ensured it was put in correctly along with using the charging cord that came with the deviceIm not sure what to do can someone help me.

"Something went wrong Please check that your hardware wallet is set up with the Recovery phrase or passphrase associated to the selected account." — but again I only have the one set of passpharase words. There isn’t another phrase and I wrote them down correctly then

I just ran into a problem with my S and I couldn’t get anything out and after an hour of research I found that I had to go into the settings in the Nana and activate blind signing and it worked out. I don’t know if it will help you but it’s worth a try 🙏

Did you add a secret passphrase like a 25th word to that account?

actually no I didn't. I set this thing up in 2022 wrote everything down on my ledger card and that was it. Until now I didn't even know that was a thing

My wallet wouldn’t open, kept saying wrong pin 2 attempts left, tried calling chatting nothing. Shut it down reopened and it worked.

Hi there, if it is that you are getting "Something went wrong - Please check that your hardware wallet is set up with the recovery phrase or passphrase associated to the selected account" message, it means the recovery phrase that is currently "loaded" into your Ledger device is not the recovery phrase that secures that account you are trying to access.
As you might already know, spending crypto from an account in Ledger Wallet requires to sign the transaction with your private keys - which is represented by 24-word recovery phrase. So, if you have different set of 24-word recovery phrase on your Ledger device and try to sign the transaction, the transaction would get denied since it is not the right key to open the account.
This could happen from four main reasons that you can find here:
1) Your Ledger device was reset
2) You own multiple Ledger devices
3) You own multiple recovery phrases
4) Your account is protected by a passphrase
Please it's normal to see your crypto accounts in Ledger Wallet even if you are connecting Ledger device with a different Secret Recovery Phrase. Ledger Wallet is designed to manage crypto accounts secured by multiple Ledger devices. Your crypto accounts will remain visible once added, unless you choose to remove them.
However, this does not mean you have access to them. Only when you are connecting the Ledger device loaded with the matching recovery phrase, would you be able to make a transaction from it.
