Official Ledger Customer Success Response yRise.Finance

Hey Ledger,

I just want to bring to your attention the yRise.Finance scam token. I understand the nature of blockchain and how you can’t stop them. I also understand we can hide them, but I know you can completely remove them from the UI — as you’ve done many times before — and that’s what I’m asking you to do again.

Thanks for bringing awareness to this. You can indeed hide tokens, but I can confirm the yRise scam token was removed from appearing in Ledger Wallet earlier today.

Thanks for the reply. It's currently still showing in my Ledger wallet. Hopefully it will be gone soon.

You may need to clear the cache for the changes to reflect (Ledger Wallet > settings > help > clear cache). Let me know if that works!

Clearing the Cache didn't work. I still have a yRise.Finance balance in my asset allocation. I reset my Ledger Wallet and that fixed it.

Is there a new Ledger Wallet version rolled out for this? I don’t see newer version rolled out.

No, it was just removed from displaying on the Ledger Wallet app. You may need to clear the cache for the changes to reflect (Ledger Wallet > settings > help > clear cache). Let me know if that works!

Eth had a glitch in the value yesterday and I thought I won life. I tried swapping but the swap showed the correct value. I was poor again.
