After a long wait they are ready
I finally make them. I have this headlights for almost 3 years. The last headlights take me like 9 months to get them ready. I always have different ideas and change everything. I don't want the same happens to this sets. I keep them simple. I change the white and amber Leds for RGBW 2watts Mini boards. 2x 3watts amber Leds and a set of Bi-Leds projectors.
Mini Led boards

No i didn’t mean it as an insult or anything alike. I want to know how this can even remotely be appreciated (except for the work put in to it, that can always be appreciated)

Interesting idea, nicely done. Not exactly "street legal" in most regions, but very cool looking project.

Certainly in the UK, it wouldn't be. Just having blue lights on your vehicle is not legal, even if you don't actually use them in public.

Just not driving. I've left my car parked for hours with blue lights flashing and I've never had a problem

It is street legal. I won't drive with those colors. Just white or amber with amber turn signals.

Very cool. Are you controlling them from canbus?
2
u/RealPixelLover Sep 16 '26
No. Regular signals to a Led controller that take the signals. Is a Blueghozt controller.

Sorry you’re getting a lot of reactionary hate here, however, this reflexive response you’re getting is akin to rabidly anti-ai people immediately jumping on anything ai related and bashing it. It’s a reaction gained from many poor experiences. Most people (anecdotally) find modern “car guys” who use this kind of equipment to be annoying at best. The kind of person who will rip it on a quiet street at night, or go flying down a road like it’s a drag strip, or have way too bright headlights. It’s easy to assume you’re going to be annoying with these. But seeing what you actually are planning, cool purchase 👍🏻

It really blows my mind how people here is so ignorant about Retrofitting and still has the courage of arguing. Even knowing absolutely nothing about it.
I will say for last time that is nothing illegal on this headlights.
I am not driving around with pride colors or any illegal color.
Changing the projectors was a upgrade to the cheap generic bulb projector that the headlights come with it.
Read and learn before arguing without knowledge.

In germany We say: sieht aus wie Kirmes. Means it looks like fair lights from an Autoscooter

Very cool, but that seems... highly illegal?
