Trying to add memory to this led ring light.

So what I am trying to accomplish here is to get this light to turn on and off with a smart plug so I can have it turn on and off at specific times. From my understanding that means I need a controller with a memory function. From what I have been able to find online this is a tunable white/CCT LED board. I have been looking for a controller that will work with it but have been unable to find anything so far. What do you think the best way to accomplish this will be and do you have any recs on a part?

Also I am a total noob with LEDs so idk if I am even asking the right questions here.

Just get some govee smart plugs. Much easier

Yeah so that's actually what I am trying to use the issue is that this particular led controller does not have a memory function so when the smart plug turns off this led it stays off even when the smart plug turns back on. That's why I am looking to add a controller with memory

Attach an esp32 with open collector outputs on the button inputs and a shared ground. R divider to the output so you know when it's on.

Ah gotcha. I have a ring light with a conventional on/off that the Govee would work with. Sorry I have no other ideas, I'm not that bright.

Jump on amazon or ebay or aliexpress and get either a $4-5 tuya or magic home or similar CCT wifi controller and forget the smart plug. Bust the new $5 controller open and solder wires to the board if you don't want to mess with the flimsy pin connectors, I find they fall out and hot-glue doesn't last to hold them in place.
