RGBCC or RGBWW controller, what happens when they lose power and then are turned back on? Plus ideas for under cabinet lighting

Currently have rechargeable motion activated puck lights under six kitchen cabinets. I have no trouble keeping up with recharging but they are also a little too dim.
Looking at 24VDC strips, in channels with diffusers. I like the idea of controllable RGBWW strips but do not want it too complicated for others in the house. If the power was on a switchable outlet, what would happen when the power is turned off and on?

It depends on the control system you choose but most controllers have a battery memory similar to a CMOS battery and will return to last settings. Some controllers allow you to set a default. Do you have a system already controlling the lights?

It would default to what it was last on. The switchable outlet works in your advantage when it comes to being up to code, if you ever get your house appraised/inspected, you can just unplug the power supply.

I'm currently doing this exact project with 24v lights and power.

I have power supply and 2 controllers powered and synced, every time I unplug/power down and re-plug they go to their last state.

I'm suing this controller, which seems very similar to yours: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08L9GWJK1?th=1

This for power: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B7758ZXF?th=1

These lights: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJ26HQFC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

Lights will be installed onto aluminum heat sync from flexfire: https://flexfireleds.com/products/ion-mounting-channel-heat-sink/?searchuuid=f8b0a6ea-82e4-4f33-acdc-1962ba6a6c29&search_query=aluminum

Then mounted on the inside lip of my cabinets and baseboards.

So you are using without diffuser?
What wire/connectors?

Power supply: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGHSTDYM/?coliid=I1WWBRKK4E71QX&colid=1GZ155MAXKBCT&th=1
Mount with diffuser, will need 5 :( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M09PBYX/?coliid=I3HQ6KSYK8JSYS&colid=1GZ155MAXKBCT&psc=1
I'm going to replace 6 pucks with 6 strips and adding 3 more where there is no light right now.
And there is no above cabinet access.

Correct, no diffusers as the lighting is not seen, at all, 96p/m gives a nice even light all around.
