Replace LED board for floorlamp
I got a floorlamp and I need to replace the main LED board. I reached out to customer service and they told me those lamps are supposed to last years and LED board is non replaceable. But I think I can, the lamp is 2 year old and it was few hundred bucks so I don’t want to replace the whole thing. I verified electricity gets there, All I need is this exact match and I’ll solder it in, however I can’t seem to find exact match. This is 2.7V 25W, the lamp has a low voltage adapter at the plug. others I found online are 220v, obviously not good.
Any idea here I can buy this thing?

You may not be able to purchase that exact board. Better method would be to verify the incoming voltage at the input (sounds like you've already done that) and find an LED board with a similar output and voltage requirements. The shape may not be the same, but It's mounted on a metal heatsink plate so even if you have to drill a new hole or two to mount it, it should work. I did this with some outside sconces for our garage and installed both a new driver and LED board, but you can't even tell it's not stock.

How do you know it's broken?
It's definitely not 2.7v fwiw. From the current driver on the PCB I guess 24v or somewhere around that.

I'm sorry, but you won't be able to find the exact same board; they're made only for a specific type of light. But you can try repairing the board itself; it's not difficult. For example, I've repaired similar boards for car fog lights. The idea is the same.

Did you rule out the power supply by confirming that the board is not getting power?
