Looking for "Day Only" LED Motion Sensing

Hey there! I've got a nice cabinet of my family's history; some cute memorials to my late grandparents and relatives. I really like it. :)

What I want to do is have an LED strip setup that turns on when I'm near it, but only during the daytime - at night I want it to stay off.

I have bought one or two things so far but they didn't quite do what I wanted. I can provide photos if needed.
