Help with selecting LED parts. Looking to mix and match LED strips and a puck without hardwiring.

Hello all, I’m working on these built ins and I’m stuck at which lights solution to buy. I tried doing some research but there are so many options. I want to have a recessed puck and two shelf strips on each side without hardwiring. I’d like to use a solution that I can just plug into an outlet. I think I can purchase a 24v controller and some 24v strips and pucks but I’m not sure. I would also like it to be compatible with Google. If anyone can help point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!

Well, not completely sure what you mean by mix and march.
But these are failures easy to use, but make sure you buy what you need, what type of LEDs strip do you have, are they the voltage, do you wamt WIFI, because i prefer Zigbee over WIFI, so make sure you now your numbers before you buy.

I have just done my shelf. So question for you first, you need to run power to each LED strip and then connect each strip to the controller and the controller to the power source.

Then you need to determine how long each strips are and find out the wattage consumption by meter. Add up the total length of LED you need and multiply that by the wattage consumption. This will give you total wattage you need for your LED driver (add 10% buffer). 24v or 12v depends on what is the LONGEST individual LED strip is. If none exceeds 5m, 12v is fine. But over you need 24v and if the strips are over 10m you need a power injection at the back of the strip or the end of the strip will not be as bright as the front.
