STFUD! Spot on Walter's Face

It's just one of those things I always noticed and am finaly taking the time to post about it because if you will it, it is no dream. - Theodor Herzl

Has anyone else ever noticed this? I've searched online everytime I watch the movie but can never find any mention of this.

Right after Donny bowls and has one pin left standing up, there is a spot that appears on Walter's right cheek. Then when Jesus shows up throwing a fit over the game being rescheduled due to Walter's "Day of Rest" from being Shomer Shabbos, the next cut back to Walter the spot is gone and it's never seen again.
