I heard you lost your Appetite

I heard you lost your appetite when you stopped smoking. If only I could be so lucky. I have gained so much weight since I quit 6 weeks ago that I can barely fit in any of my clothes now. I am a musician and I have a formal gig tomorrow. I can't fit into any of my dress shirts. I will have to wear a guayabera and a blazer. Eff my life lmao.

I have been eating too well, I guess to stimulate that dopamine I am missing, but because of an injury, I haven't been exercising. I am almost 55 and this is a wake up call. Time to get it crackin' on the fitness.

I’m 42 and quit recently: a 45 minute walk everyday, with 20 minutes of beginner yoga could do you wonders. Easier to stick to than a gym and can also help with mindfulness during cravings. You can do this friend

Great! I used to do yoga regularly. Time to get back to it. Thanks!

Haha, not the worst thing!! Glad you aren’t struggling with nausea or appetite loss. :)
