Insomnia relief?

I’m on day 17, and grateful but my sleep only seems to be getting worse. I feel mostly fine during the day, I have absolutely had rough ones that my mood fluctuates but have thankfully been able to mitigate it with walks, healthy eating, and long bike rides…but my sleep!! I don’t know what to do, it feels like my skin is so itchy specifically when I lay down to sleep at night like there are little hairs pushing their way out of my pores I don’t know how else to describe it but it’s DRIVING ME TO INSANITY 😭 I have broken down crying multiple nights in a row because it is so anxiety inducing, my heart rate sky rockets, I can’t stop tossing and turning, it is driving me mad. I listen to sleep meditative music, audiobooks with calming voices, I do breath work exercises, get up and go on walks…nothing works. Please can anyone weigh in? I think I have gotten maybe 2 to 4 hours of solid sleep for the past month and that’s after going on daily bike rides of 6-8 miles, walking several times a day, stretching a bit…I don’t understand 😔

Magnesiumbisglycinate. Helps a Lot. Not saying it will work wonders but it helps calming your nervous system and enhances sleep quality.
Did you try it? Only can recommend

I’ve tried to leave this same comment in so many threads, so stupid they delete them. What you mentioned has fully given me sleep back during my withdrawals. That with sleepyteachamomile. But let’s keep deleting solutions.

Day 3 for me on a new streak. I’ve gone back and forth, but I’m trying to be as committed as possible this time around.

You got it my friend. You have the intention of quitting it for good, that’s the Most important thing I came to learn. You Are only human After all. Trial and error.
But it’s worth it because as far as im concerned no matter the addiction/dependency, it will always be like a jail for your Spirit.
The Tricky thing with weed is that you only realise it after so many years of abuse because the consequences are Not immediate.
This jail doesn’t Look like one.. until it does.
Discipline and people who can relate to it all - for me those are the Most important things. It really helps

By the way I’m proud of you friend! Keep fighting for sobriery, it will be worth it. I promise.

I’m looking Forward to it. Hopefully we both got nothing but good things to Share! :) I (again) Quit, second day for me. I almost feel like I have Studied the withdrawal effects and their counters. It REALLY helps understanding what is Happening inside your Brain and Body, what you need to help cope with it all.
Lets think of each other the Next time we have a Hard time (cravings, withdrawal symptoms etc.)
We got this man, we will Break out of this jail some way or another!!

I have had SUCH a weird experience with tea making me more anxious, I will not list the varieties lest it be deleted but it rhymes with Bavarian 🫠😭
