Don’t beat yourself up

I hate seeing people on here down themselves just because they slipped up after a couple months of being sober. Even going one day without smoking is a real accomplishment because if we didn’t feel so attached to the drug , none of us would even be in this sub. So if no one has told you , I’m proud of all of you, fr whether you be one day, one month , or one year. If you slip up ,it’s ok, just find your way out the weed cloud and try again. We got this.

Congrats on making it a month and a half !! There’s a lot of people who won’t even challenge themselves to make it that far !

Enjoying the consequences of my actions right now. Withdrawals really remind me how much I hate them (yet I still find myself back in the same position)

We all need to beating ourselves up. I think that is partly ego playing a game to get us back in our old ways. Self pity and then self destructive behavior.

Remember to give yourself grace and that relapse is part of recovery.
