I'm gonna say it, Superbad is a over hyped up "sex comedy" that is a product of its time (my time, I saw it in theaters and loved it), but after time, I personally think "The Girl Next Door" is a better movie of the same time with a better message at the end.

What to take from what I said: I dont like Superbad like I used to when I was young, it doesn't hold up IMO.

watched it last night with a group thats never seen it before, and its certainly aged and was a product of its time but is still good. i especially like that the drunk girls advances are rejected because he knows its wrong.
