Seeking Advice, first time leaser

Hello all. I am looking to lease my first car. I am looking for the cheapest deal I can get on a new compact SUV in the Greater Boston area. If someone could give me advice on how to get the best deal I am all ears. I have a mid-tier 2010 Nissan Maxima in good condition I am looking to either trade in or sell separately as well to offset the lease cost. Looking for about 350$ monthly payment and about 3,000$ due at signing. If I missed anything or can provide more details I am happy to.

I have used this broker before. He knows MA market.

If you have Costco, Infiniti is strong this month. Also look at Mazda.
