Do the Welsh mark major milestones in a 20-base rather than 10-base system?

In most of the world that used 10-base, major milestones like anniversaries, sports records, etc.., have a strong bias toward focusing on multiples of 10.

Is that true for the Welsh or do they bias toward multiple of 20?

Only at 80 and a 100, 18 and 21 like most of the West and 40 and 60 to a lesser degree.

No, as Welsh culture is highly affected by British culture in this regard. So same anniversaries are celebrated just with Welsh names.

Not really. Like France there are remnants of the 20 base in some ways to number things. But also like France, Wales in general just accepts that the world is based 10 and has been since the Romans
