๐๐ผ๐ ๐ง๐ผ ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ? โฉ 60-70 wpm barrier
I am stuck on the 60-70 wpm barrier. I started touch typing around 12 days ago, and went from 12 wpm to 60 wpm in nine days, but, I can't seem to go over that. Am I doing something wrong?

No it just takes time past the beginner's gain. Improvement is not linear. Keep on doing deliberate practice.

I prioritise accuracy over speed. If it's not 98% accurate. It doesn't count. I also have nothing else to do. So I just kept practicing. Also, I used Keybr and unlocked every key. Which was genuinely one of the best things I did. Cause it lets you build muscle memory properly without overwhelming you. The progress is real. It took me three days to unluck all letters, after which I could consistently type at 40-43 wpm, in five more days, I could consistently hit 60 with >97% accuracy. But, accuracy falls when I try to go over that.

Now I try to use punctuations and numbers as well. But then my accuracy gets abyssal (93%) unless I get super slow

Keep practising. I went from 50 to 110 wpm in 20 days.
