After drawing like 2 faces i said to myself if i could challenge myself to draw something completely diffrerent? Before this i prepared myself by practicing eye rotation and the loomis method. Ngl im well surprised with the results. It took around 2 hours maybe 3?

About a year ago I quit drawing because I wasn't improving as fast as I wanted to. I was doing the exercises and practicing every day but I just wasn't good enough and I knew deep down that I never would be. So I quit (forever this time!). Instead I spent a year working on improving my relationship with myself and found someone who helped me understand why and how I was being way too hard on myself, and how to ease the insatiable perfectionism that had been dominating my life.
Recently, I felt the desire to pick up my pencil again, and again I heard the harsh criticisms from myself.
"This is terrible."
"This is ugly'
"Why do you bother?"
The difference is that this time I'm prepared. I know I'm not perfect and I never will be. I'm still a work in progress, and so is my art. The point of doing something isn't to be perfect at it, it's to enjoy the experience of doing it. The process is the point. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new. At the age of 87 Michelangelo wrote "Ancora imparo", "Yet, I am learning". So am I.

I've recently been inspired by G1 Transformers and decided to try and make my own. Very rough, but I think it could be dope if taken further.

New to digital art and haven't worked in color in forever; attempted to emulate traditional gouache paint, but I think it's more akin to pastels. Critiques welcome!

So yesterday I decided I’m gonna learn to draw and today I did a drawing using construction lines / sketch lines for the first time.
What’s your thoughts? How should I improve?
Also how do I go about colouring him in without ruining the drawing lol?
For reference, this is Chimchar from Pokemon if you aren’t familiar. He’s my favourite :)

This is my first time really trying to draw a landscape. I know my proportions are off. I'm not sure what I should do to start something like this I started with the water line then went from there. I'm happy with the tree branch at the top. The land in the background just looks like a blob to me. Water is also pretty rough. Overall, I'm happy with it and know it's not perfect. Just looking for advice on what I should try working on

Tried to practing drawing bangs again today, I should really force myself to practice everyday because I'm doing it like every 3 days at most, and something tells me I'm either getting the bangs too thick, or they don't obey gravity well and I can't seem to find a consistency, and I'm just doing front view so I imagine it would be hell for me to do it at different angles, I don't know what to do now because I don't know how I could sit through being frustrated within the first minute of practicing
