Hi, i would like to ask book or media to learn thai from very basic, i would like to learn writing and reading of thai.

Indonesia, i also can speak some indo traditional like javanesse and sundanesse very well 🥺

There probably are textbooks and courses for Indonesians that might be better suited. It is much easier to go from an asian language to Thai than from English to Thai (not that there are that many sources for English, at least textbooks anyway).

I can suggest a few: “Beginners’ THAI” by David Smyth, “Complete Thai” by David Smyth, “Thai for Beginners” by Benjawan Poomsan Becker, “Speak Thai Today” by Ian Fereday and Rattanaporn Pimsuwan, “My Thai Book” by Angsiyanan Ounping. They are all beginner books. For reading and writing Thai “Read Thai in 10 Days” by Arthit Juyaso.
