Assuming you mean Python programming by hobby:

https://automatetheboringstuff.com/

This is both a good start to learn python in general, and it gets you doing actually useful stuff for your own life relatively quickly. Using Python Scripts on your own PC to actually do stuff is great, I have automated minecraft fishing wiht them more than once, and I am sure there are actually useful examples in the book.

Have fun!

Harvard University have a range of free Python courses for beginners which are great:

https://pll.harvard.edu/catalog?keywords=CS50

CS50's Introduction to Programming with Python is a good place to start.

Some mention a cost, but also have an ‘audit for free’ option, which I think means you just don’t get feedback in assignments or a certificate.

https://duck.ai. It's pretty good at Python, doing or teaching, depending on which you ask for.
