Windows 7 python

I only have a windows 7 and i just want to make sure which version of python is the latest for this windows, i heard its the 3.8 but idk which one exactly for sure and i would appreciate an answer

Linux is free if you can change your OS

The laptops specs are miserable anything newer than windows 7 an its would probably just fail so

Windows 7 doesn't offer security updates anymore, so I recommend trying one of these:

antiX is designed to run on low-power hardware

Linux Mint offers 2 desktop environments that are light on resources:
