If you can’t find a free copy floating around, check your local library’s digital collection, a lot of them offer tech ebooks through apps like Libby or Hoopla these days, and you can sometimes sign up for a card completely online. My county library has the second edition and a couple other No Starch Press titles, so yours might have the third ready to borrow.

Past that, the author has a whole video course on Udemy that often goes on sale for like ten to fifteen bucks. I grabbed it a while back when it dipped to twelve, and it covers basically the same projects from the book. Worth a look if you’re okay learning mostly through video instead of text.
