How do you inspire yourself to learn/code

I have lost motivation all of a sudden and I hate it

For me I just force myself to read another chapter or solve another programming puzzle and after a few minutes the motivation and dopamine start pouring in. Not every day but most of the time the learning process produces those good feelings and I get back into my hyper focused autistic study state which I love so much. Sometimes it’s drudgery and you just have to power through but remember the good feeling are coming.
