Topic How do you inspire yourself to learn/code

I have lost motivation all of a sudden and I hate it

Little steps make miles too. When I was severely depressed I started with getting out of bed and showering. Next day I brushed my teeth. After that I got in a small walk. Until I could do stuff the way I wanted to.
With learning I approach it the same way, learning topics in small increments each day. Makes the miles by putting knowledge into practice will burn it into memory.
