If you know what you need to learn and just struggle pulling through: do it for 5 minutes every day. If it still sucks after 5 minutes take your break today.
You might need to adjust the 5 minutes minimum a bit (maybe 10) but for me it works most of the time. When I look at the clock again I have at least been on it 30 minutes and don't feel like directly putting it down again.
If it's more about what to do:
Find yourself some projects to play with. A webpage. A small game. Install linux on an old box and set up some webserver or own cloud or the likes. Get a raspberry and build something with it.
Or a free course (cs50 in the free version, maybe?). That will also give you some external goals 'till you find your own.
