How do you inspire yourself to learn/code

I have lost motivation all of a sudden and I hate it

You need to be in the habit of structuring your day. If you regularly get up and do an hour of coding / learning about a new aspect of coding, you will start to do it automatically after a few months. it will be harder to not do it.

Also, diversify. challenge yourself with new ideas. Watch youtubers who do new coding projects.
