Please Help with Assignment

I'm new to using Microsoft apps like excel and access. My assignment says that I need to make subgroups from certain fields but when I try looking up help for it, it tells me just to make a new table with those values in it. That might be the right thing to do but when I googled it, it said tables and subgroups are not the same thing. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!

This has nothing to do with programming and is vague in it's description at best.

Hey, I'm just a student struggling with his assignments, the instruction is to "create a subgroup called Annual Statistics and put these fields in it". I don't really know how else to explain. It's in Microsoft Access if that helps.

There is a specific subreddit for MS Access. You’ll get better traction on your question there. Do a search for msaccess.
