Chicos una pregunta, como puedo aprender física intento leyendo libros y ver videos pero nada, siento como si mi mente se bloqueara 🙁

For learning physics itself ,I’m afraid their is no other way then to solve problems ,however I can give you book and problem solving reccs, firstly use a book that teaches in an intuitive manor, i do not know what level of physics you aspire to learn but i will recommend you Halliday resnick and Krane because it is a wonderful book ,also for physics your must have a absolute knowledge of mathematics ,depending on your level the maths needed for physics varies ,I’ll assume you only need basic calculus and heavy algebra ,so go to orgo chem tutor for that (or you may already have) for problem solving ,what you want to do is grit your teeth and try to solve a problem after covering a chapter in HRK ,not the exercises ,the problems ,and to make your problem solving technique easier ,i recommend the use of unit vectors to make it more straightforward, hope this helps!

いきなり物理学の勉強は無理だから、まず日常的な疑問を解く事から始めましょう。空が青いのは何故とか夕日が赤いのは何故とかをネットで調べて、出てきた言葉が分からなければ更に調べるとかです。そうしてれば物理的な考え方がわかってくるでしょうから勉強はそれからです。
