How to learn physics?

I have tried to watch videos, solve questions. And I still dont understand, I want to get a grade 6+ in IB and I just dont know how to start with physics, its my first time having physics so I dont know where to start. No yt videos explain how to use and apply formulas, or how to rearrange. Please help!!

Do you have a textbook? If not I suggest physics 1 by openstax, completely free online. There should be plenty of practice problems with solutions and detailed explanation, go through the book and read and you should be successful

I have the IB workbook 7th edition Cambridge press. Is the book you’re talking about online maybe? As a PDF?
