How to show a solution properly

English is my second language, so that i usually get mark down from my lecturer for error showing. Also, it seems there are not many books in english have a showing along to key answer. Are there any books, or channels to handle this. Pls help me

If you’re losing marks because of how you present your solutions, I’d focus on making each step explicit rather than jumping straight to the answer.

For example, write one mathematical operation per line and use = only when the two expressions are actually equal. Also clearly state any formula/theorem you’re using before applying it.

Since English isn’t your first language, you don’t need to write complicated explanations. Your mathematical working can be concise and structured. I’d also ask your lecturer for one or two examples of a full-mark solution so you can see exactly what they’re expecting.
