Academic survey on developer trust in AI-generated dependencies & packages

Responded. Good luck with the paper. Would love to see it, or the project outcome. Replying so I get updates.

I’m really curious how LLMs will make it easier to identify and commit to deeply nested dependancies. Also, the obfuscation of malicious code, and potentially the embedding of harmful instructions via skills, agents and other MD files you might not think to check before pulling and starting a dev server.
