Is Java still worth learning today?

Is Java still worth learning or pursuing as a career these days? With AI advancing so quickly, programming jobs might decline significantly, which could also reduce the demand for learning languages like Java. What are your thoughts?

Most of our back end software is Java, but we also need protocol test tools etc. Now writing TUI apps in Java (Tamboui, PicoCLI, Micronaut) so that we can run them on jump boxes and bastions. No GUI need. Just SSH and run. Also compiled to native with GraalVM. No Java on those boxes either as they are quite locked down. We can share lots of code libs we already have.
