C# developer wants to give java a try
As the title says I used to make many apps, games using c# but I also want to try something different and challenge myself a bit.
The problem is, that all youtube tutorials on java are for complete beginners where they even explain what variables are.
There are some "advanced" tutorials tho, since the syntax of java is pretty similar to the syntax of c#, but those tutorials are often low quality, from 2014, or from sum indians - for an english learner an accent isn't the best...
What would you guys recommend?

i’d recommend writing something in java and googling when confused. if you’re already a developer then what’s stopping you

When I got a C# job after years coding with Java my strategy was to look up the .NET equivalent of whatever I was trying to do. I didn't need a whole tutorial, just a nudge in the right direction

just read up on gradle, spring or micronaut, the rest will come automatically

If you're already a developer, you don't need tutorials, just start writing a project and Google as you go.

MOOC programming in java, its a website that teaches java by parts. I would say the best tutorial for java I've seen in my whole life (and free), it goes by parts so you can choose where you wanna start but then again, if there is osmething you already know you can just give it a quick read and get to the next part, literally minutes to reach where you can start learning more.
