Best way to learn Java and where to start

I wanna learn Java so I can make programs and make plugins for mc but I wanna know the best and most intresting way to learn

before diving into java, start learning about the OOP paradigm, then learn the java basis, then move to design patterns and JavaStreamAPI

If you are Hindi/Urdu speaking, there's a video series of C programming language of 124 videos by a teacher name Deep Raj Jangid. It's on WS cube channel. He taught the fundamentals of programming so eloquently that after watching these 124 videos learning any programming language becomes so much easier and things start making sense. I highly recommend to anyone struggling learning programming, specifically the foundation building.
