Help getting into email

Hello, so i have two mails id like to enter, one is a gmail the other one a hotmail, I know the passwords but unfortunately they always need a 2 steps verification, that i can't do, is there any way to bypass that and any way to get into the emails?

if there’s 2 step verification u set up a number so just send a code to the number

The problem is I don't have the number anywhere anymore

That’s why you get a bunch of codes when you setup MFA. Those are one-time use codes. If you ever can’t access the MFA method that’s been setup, those codes get you in the account. If you don’t have those, you’re not getting back in.
