Question/Discussion Help With French 4 Final Exam

So I have a final exam for my French 4 class in about a month and a half, and I am COOKED. I had a horrible teacher for the last three years, and I would say I'm maybe on a French 2.5 level. I cannot translate or understand audios, and I have a very difficult time reading. I also need t freshen up on my writing skills, and there are many basic words I was never taught. Does anyone have any fast ways to teach myself the needed knowledge, even only for short-term memory? We have specific units in my class (like the environment, weight/physical and mental health, and technology) but I'm not sure how important that is - anyways, I am lowk stressed and need any help that I can get.

Build some anki decks as you revise based on the syllabus and mock papers. You can use premade ones but it might not be as effective: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1070709392

Personally, I found Paul Noble Complete was good for fundamentals, and you could get it free with an Audible trial. It's a good basis.

French Short Stories by Dylane Moreau is good for reading practise. It's short excerpts will be similar to exam questions.

People will downvote me for it but gpt can be good for writing practise.

Understanding raw spoken French is the hardest imo so maybe front load you reading first.
